SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
- Original Artwork: 3-5 business days for packaging and preparation post production.
- Prints: 1-3 business days for processing, then refer to our Print Options section for creation processing time by type. Each piece is made to order.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time
PRODUCTION & CAPACITY
- Each piece is individually made to order
- Standard processing time: 6-9 business days
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods
- Updates on current production times will be communicated via email

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Overnight: Next business day (where available)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-21 business days
- Express International: 5-7 business days
- Not all artwork may be available for international shipping
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination
- International shipping costs include potential customs fees and duties
- Free shipping is offered within the USA. International shipping cost TBD based off of location. Some locations may not be possible and we will inform you on whether or not we can.
4. Packaging
- Original artwork is professionally packed with protective materials including:
• Custom-sized boxes or tubes
• Acid-free tissue paper
• Corner protectors
• Bubble wrap
• "Fragile" labeling
- Prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers with protective backing
5. Tracking
- All orders include tracking information
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships
- International tracking may be limited in some countries
CAPACITY MANAGEMENT & SEASONAL TIMING
1. Standard Production Capacity
- Regular processing time: 6-9 business days
- Maximum weekly order capacity: Limited to ensure quality
- Orders are processed in the sequence received
2. Peak Periods & Holiday Season
November - December:
- Extended processing times: 10-14 business days
- Holiday order deadlines will be announced by November 1st
- Last guaranteed holiday delivery dates will be posted
- Early ordering is strongly recommended
Special Occasions & High Volume Periods:
- Valentine's Day (January-February)
- Mother's Day (April-May)
- Wedding Season (May-September)
- Please allow additional 3-5 business days during these periods
3. Wait List System
During periods of high demand:
- New orders may be placed on a wait list
- Estimated start dates will be provided
- Regular status updates will be sent
- Option to receive notification when capacity opens
4. Priority Processing
- Limited priority slots available per week
- Additional fee applies for priority processing
- Must be requested at time of order
- Subject to current capacity restrictions
5. Communication During High Volume
You will receive:
- Immediate notification if wait list is necessary
- Weekly updates on wait list status
- Alert when production begins
- Option to modify or cancel if wait time exceeds preference
6. Seasonal Production Notes
Summer (June-August):
- Heat considerations for shipping
- Additional packaging precautions
- Possible morning-only shipping schedules
Winter (December-February):
- Weather-related delays possible
- Additional cold protection packaging
- Extended transit times in severe weather
7. Capacity Updates
- Website will display current production times
- Monthly newsletter includes capacity forecasts
- Social media channels provide real-time updates
- Email notifications for significant changes
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
Original Artwork:
- Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Artwork must be in like-new condition
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Custom commissioned pieces are non-returnable
Prints:
- 30-day return window
- Must be in like-new condition
- Damaged or defective prints will be replaced at no cost. Must show proof of defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at psawyer@pamasawyerdcartwork.com with your order number
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package item securely in original packaging
4. Ship item with tracking and insurance
5. Provide tracking information to us
3. Refunds
- Original artwork: Full refund once product arrives at the facility.
- Prints: Full refund if defective and you can keep the piece.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Damage Claims
If your artwork arrives damaged:
1. Document damage with photos
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Retain all original packaging
4. We will arrange for return shipping or replacement
5. Claims must include photos of both the artwork and packaging
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom commissioned artwork
- Personalized pieces
- Digital downloads
- Sale items marked as final sale
6. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery
- Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value
- Customer pays any price difference for upgraded items
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer's responsibility
7. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve any issues.

- All returns must be authorized in advance
- Unauthorized returns may be refused
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria
