Any goods purchased can only be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and we are committed to making things right in case of any issues. We will provide a solution in cases of any defects if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your Order Returns and Cancellations

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

We want to be sure that you like your order and we are committed to making things right in case of any defects. We will provide you a solution in case of any issues if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will need clear and well-lit photos indicating any issues so that we can provide you with a solution.

In some cases you may be able to cancel your order, that is if the order has not gone into production, please bear in mind that sometimes production starts within a short time after placing the order.

Personalized pieces cannot be returned. 

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Goods availability

• Errors in the description or prices for Goods

• Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards through PayPal.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

All pieces provided on our website are the intellectual property of Pam A Sawyer, DC and her children: Hunter Sawyer, Anastasia Sawyer and Lila Sawyer. Our intellectual property, including all artwork and creative content, is protected under applicable copyright laws. We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that attempts to infringe upon these rights by reproducing, distributing, or selling our work without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property constitutes a violation of our rights and will be addressed promptly through appropriate legal channels. We are committed to safeguarding our creative assets and will pursue all necessary measures to protect our work and uphold our rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
